In the works...Twiga Toque

I have been knitting a lot lately, I promise.  Just not stuff I am allowed to post yet.  However, I do have some almost-finished photos of Scarlett in the "Twiga Toque".  This pattern will be released within the month of September.  Sizes baby-adult.

Doesn't it look cute with a pink polka dot bathing suit?

The ears are too large (I made a mistake following my own pattern!) so I need to take them off and fix them.  I really couldn't figure out where I went wrong for a while.

It has similar construction as the Hoot Toque; seamless, top down with Judy's Magic Cast On.  The ears and horns are similar to the ones in my Twiga Jacket pattern.  Fun right?  I think so.  My cousin, Michelle, has kindly test knit the pattern and once I get my act together and finish it up, I will share photos :)  Photos are the best part!

Twiga is the Swahili name for Giraffe.
